
Mysterious Notes Are Showing Up On Michigan Cars, And Police Believe A Prank Is To Blame
I've never found a good note left on my car.

I work in downtown Grand Rapids and have gotten so many parking tickets over the years that the parking enforcement officers know me and my car very well.
Someone also dinged my car and left a note apologizing, but provided no contact information, which made it a hit and run.

Recently Michigan residents have been finding similar strange notes on their car and police believe they know what's going on.
According to ABC 7, several people in Royal Oak have reported walking out to their car and seeing a similar note with the same number.
Police believe this is might be connected to a YouTube Prank.
After doing a little digging online, I found some information about a group called Phone Losers of America the group that is allegedly behind the calls.
Phone Losers of America is an internet community and podcast founded in 1994, centered on the practice of prank calling and phone phreaking.
