Kent County Sheriff's Office Rescues Bald Eagle
A bald eagle somehow found it's self stuck in wire fencing, and couldn't get itself out.
In the video you can see a deputy on the left along with the home owner looking at the situation and trying to figure out the best way to handle it without injuring the bald eagle.
They decided to calm the bird by covering it up with the blanket so it couldn't see what was happening. They did that in an effort to calm the bird down so it didn't injure itself.
It only took a couple snips to the metal fencing and the bald eagle was freed.
The bird hung around for a little bit to compose its self and then finally flew away.
