12 Adorable Beagles Need Your Help Finding A New Home
There needs to be a study done about people who dislikes dogs. How could someone possibly dislike an animal that is loyal to a fault and is beyond cute? I mean, just look at this little guy, all smiles. Tell me how someone could not want to love it.
Sadly, dogs are mistreated and neglected all the time, and many end up in shelters...or worse. Thankfully, places like the Humane Society of West Michigan are here to help get animals deserving of a good home in the right place.

That's what they're looking to do with 12 beagle puppies who were just rescued from a research facility where the dogs lived in wire cages inside a room with no windows and had never touched the ground.
Teddy's Law
Due to Teddy's Law, a new law passed this year that makes testing facilities offer animals to shelters before euthanizing them, animals like these beagles have a chance at living a life beyond being a test subject.
Upon these beagles being brought to the shelter, they went from "never having touched grass, being afraid of everyone and everything, and being afraid to pee to learning what playing is". The pups range in age from 5-8 months, and after some training and an adjustment period, will all be available for adoption.
