This is Michigan’s Best Bucket-List Breakfast Sandwich

Eggs, bacon, cheese, toasty bread - is there anything better? Or may you prefer your breakfast sandwich on a bagel or English Muffin and sausage is your favored meat. However you stack them up, breakfast sandwiches are delicious. And one in Michigan is getting national attention!

Lovefood.com says they found the restaurant in each state serving up the best breakfast sandwiches  via reviews, awards, and the experiences of their team members.

When it comes to breakfast sandwiches, I'm a big fan of the BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato) as Phoenix Street on Broadway in South Haven, Michigan. Eggs over medium, bacon extra crispy, add on some avocado, and I'm in HEAVEN.

Well, according to Lovefood.com, it's Babo Detroit that is serving up the best breakfast sandwich in Michigan.

Get a load of it above! It's called the Breakfast Smash.

The sandwich features layers of scrambled eggs, Cheddar, smoked bacon, and garlic aioli between two thick slices of buttered, toasted challah bread. You'll also get a tasty helping of home fries.

Other breakfast items you'll find at Babo Detroit include Omelets, Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Chicken and Waffles, and Crème Brulee French Toast.
