Home Construction Increasing In Kent County In 2013

Kent County is growing.

Single family home construction in Kent County is ahead of where it was at this same time last year.

In some areas of the county the signs of growth are obvious and rapidly increasing.

Westmichiganhomepartners.com reports:

Through October 2013 builders have reported an 18% increase in single family housing starts. This puts us over 100 building starts ahead of where we were at this time last year.

A good sign for builders and the local economy.
