Great Steaks Begin Here

Just about time for the weekend. Does your grill work overtime on the weekend. We've tried all kinds of foods on the grill, but sometimes nothing is better than a good steak. I ran across this story about great steaks today and thought maybe I'll give it a try. What do you think?
