Are things slowly getting back to "normal?" Well, kinda sorts! Fulton Street Farmers Market is planning to open this Saturday, and the Holland Market will open May 13!

The Fulton Street Farmer's Market's Facebook page reminds all that we all still need to follow COVID19 guidelines, but, yes, they will be open tomorrow, Saturday, May 2, and then every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The market says "we have taken extra precautions in response to our safety measures. Market operations will be different from previous seasons, but know that the extra steps being taken are to ensure the safety of our vendors, patrons, and staff."

The Holland Market will be open on its usual days, Wednesdays and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning May 13.

Fox 17 reported the Market will look different than it has in year’s past, and "customers should shop as efficiently as possible and treat shopping at the Market as seriously as they would treat shopping at the grocery store, ”

While the usual selection of fruits, vegetables, baked goods, and other goods will be available, cut flowers will not.

Isn't it great! I Slowly, maybe, some of our cherished activities are coming back. Don't youjust love to shop at the Farmers Markets!
