After 25 years of operation, the Pizza Hut location at 2352 North Park Drive in Holland closed on Monday, Jan. 27. The property is now for sale.

The 1.39 acre site sits in a busy area between Burger King and Chick-fil-A. The building is listed for $795,000. The property owner will also consider leasing.

Pizza Hut is one of several restaurants to close recently in Holland including Johnny Carino's on Feb. 17, Giordano's on Dec. 23 and Denny's on Oct. 25.
