Facebook Profiles Reveal Personality Traits To Employers

When you craft your profile on Facebook what words do you use?  Better read this and see if you're saying too much, without saying a lot.  Employers may start to use the knowledge to get additional insights into their employees.  Yet, there are some critics who say that you can’t really use social media to figure out human behavior.  What do you think?
