Fox17 reports the Supreme Court says it will hold arguments by teleconference in May in key cases, including President Donald Trump’s bid to shield his tax and other financial records.
This is historic in more ways than one. They also announced that the news media will be able, for the first time, to listen in with live audio! Say what? Yep, the least-public branch of our government will let the media be a fly on the wall.
The court announced that the Justices will all participate, but remotely.
