Employers In Michigan Can Now Replace Paper Payroll Checks With Plastic Debit Cards.

Michigan passed a law that allows employers to do away with paper payroll checks.  Employees will now have the option of having their wages deposited directly into their accounts or onto plastic pay cards that usually work like debit cards.  Those plastic cards could be really dangerous couldn't they?  Where does "saving your money" come into play?
