This is a way-too-funny video in a doctor's office. 

A supposed patient walks in to wait for his appointment and suddenly breaks into song.

That's Dr. Frank Scafuri, an alumnus of The Juilliard School who, with the help of some friends has been creating these videos and entertaining unknowing patients at his Staten Island, N.Y., office for the past couple of years.
