For the second straight season, ace pitcher David Price is the part of a huge trade deadline deal, after it was announced that the Detroit Tigers had shipped him to the Toronto Blue Jays.

In return, according to a tweet posted by CBS reporter Jon Heyman, the Tigers will receive coveted left-handed pitcher Daniel Norris.

Norris is probably best known for spending his off-season living out of his VW van. He also spent part of both the 2014 and 2015 seasons with the Buffalo Bisons in AAA, according to Baseball-Reference.com. This season, he is 3-10 with a 4.27 ERA. Left-handers Matt Boyd and Jairo Labourt are also part of the deal.

Price, on the other hand, has been one of the best pitchers in baseball for his entire career, much of which was spent with the Tampa Bay Rays. During his time in Detroit, Price went 13-8 with a 2.90 ERA.

The Tigers recently made teams aware that players like Price would be available, due to their need to 'reboot' their roster.
