It's been a few years since Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards.

However, West was at it again Sunday night approaching the stage as Beck prepared to accept his Grammy Award for Album of the Year.

At first, it seemed West's stunt may have been a joke, but his post-Grammys rants are clearing that up.

In 2009, West would later apologize for interrupting Taylor Swift, but it doesn't look like he's feeling apologetic this time around.

West says Beck "should've given his award to Beyonce."

He also goes on about "respect" and "diminishing art" and how Beck's win is "smacking people in the face".

Beck's 22-year career includes 12 albums. It may be fair to suggest that his award for Album of the Year may have been in part to recognize his whole body of work.

It would also be fair to suggest that such a winner deserves respect deserves to not have his art diminished and deserves to not be smacked in the face.

Beck seemed genuinely surprised to win. He would later say that he agreed that Beyonce should have won. Beck said, "I thought she was going to win. Come on, she's Beyonce!"

Beck also praised Kanye's music.

If Kanye wants to talk on stage about art, respect and who should win at the Grammys, there's a simple solution. Make an album that wins.

Until then don't be a loser; sit down.
