Confirmed! Burger King Making Big Changes to the Whopper!

I'm not sure if this is shocking or much needed news, but Burger King is changing their iconic Whopper!

There have been a lot of customer complaints about the BK Whopper, so they actually listened and are giving it a "flip" so to speak.

It's been nearly 10 years since Burger King has updated their most popular burger, so maybe it is time.

WHAT WILL BE CHANGING?

Well, first let's focus on what is not changing.

The flame-grilled, quarter-pound hunk of beef is not changing. It will still be "free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives," ABC New.com reports.

Burger King want to focus on quality rather make a full court press overhaul of the burger.

In other words, your experience with the "new Whopper" will be significantly better.

HOW ABOUT THOSE CHANGES!

Okay, first Burger King says you are going to like this so much more with "freshly cut onions and tomatoes, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles and better tasting mayo," according to the ABC News.com story.

Next, it will now come in a box to be lovelier and stay lovelier until you bite into it, my words not theirs, rather being simply wrapped in the Burger King paper. Presentation is everything, don't you know.

Lastly, the bun. Burger King says it will be a more premium bun. Not sure what that is but I'm sure we will notice the difference.

Over the years, it is easy to become complacent about your product and delivery, and when sales begin to sag and customers are complaining that the Whopper just isn't what it used to be, you had better listen and figure it out or ride off into the sunset as the old Burger Chef chain did.

I can't wait to grab a new and improved Burger King Whopper!
