On a recent trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, the Hawley family from Sand Lake had some cute visitors.

The family were moving their stuff into a rental home when they realized they weren't alone.

Not one, but two families of bears were evident in the woods surrounding the rental, and the cubs with the bear families were more than a little curious.

“They started going to the cars. The mama bear opened up the car with her paw,” Caden Kelly, Nicole's granddaughter told FOX-17 News.

The animal was caught on video, opening the family's rental vans by herself.

The bears got away with the family's pop-tarts and other snacks, but otherwise didn't disturb them.

The family says it was the best part of their vacation.
