A “Cat Lift” – Great Idea?

Since we moved to GR, my wife and I have been trying to find a decent place downtown.

The biggest obstacle we have is our two dogs; Ollie is 11.5 years old and doesn't get around as well as he used to, Chester is 6 and is still physically able.  Regardless of ability, we kind of need grass nearby and relative ease-of-access to it.

And although I'm not a cat person, I gotta be honest, this video makes me a little jealous!
