Great summer day. Nothing like enjoying the warm weather with a tasty dish of ice cream. July is ice cream month. Me, my favorite is mint chocolate chip. Some kind of rocky-road would be a solid second. Maybe it would be chocolate chip or that one with the chocolate swirl in in. Come to think of it, I like any kind of ice cream.
