The sixth annual Grandwich competition opens July 5 in Grand Rapids. 34 restaurants will create their best Grand Rapids sandwich, then the public and a panel of judges will choose which sandwich is the best.

The search for the best sandwich in Grand Rapids is on! The annual Grandwich competition is back for the fifth year and will run through July 31.

It isn't free, but darn close. Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shops is celebrating its Grand Rapids presence by throwing a Customer Appreciation Day at locations across the Grand Rapids-area today. During the events, Jimmy John’s will be selling their sandwiches for only $1.00!
