Just last week, Chuck LaTour and I were talking about old TV shows and The Millionaire came up.  If anyone remembers, it was a Mr. Anthony who gave a Million Dollars to people each week and then, of course, you would follow their life to see how it worked out. Well, that's all well and good, but certainly not real life.  Except now!  A private investigator says he has tracked down a homeless Utah
