I couldn't tell you the last time that I watched "Wheel Of Fortune", but when I saw this video making the rounds online, the title drew me in. Teachers are so often underpaid and undervalued, I was pretty happy that I was about to watch a middle school math teacher win a bunch of money. And I'm glad that I did.
The winner is 42-year-old Maryland teacher Sarah Manchester, and she told the Washington Post that she sat on the floor grading papers during tryouts. She never expected to win the jackpot: "Even though I knew that it was a possibility [in the game], it didn't seem like something that could really happen." But she did win, big, and pretty quickly.

Much of the money will go into college funds for her kids, charity donations and a family trip to France.
