Grand Rapids ArtPrize 2011 Will Have Fewer Artist Entries But Bigger Art

The final deadline for artists to enter their art work in ArtPrize was yesterday at 5pm.  A total of 1,582 artists will participate in Artprize 2011 at 162 venues.  Those numbers are down from last years 1,713 artists and 192 venues.  But the art work pieces will be bigger.  Either way you look at it that's alot of art for us to enjoy!
