Emma is our Wet Nose Wednesday Pet of the Week

Emma is an exuberant, active lady who's always the life of the party. This black and tan beauty is pocket-sized for your convenience, at just 40lbs. Her one ear up, one ear down look is absolutely CHARMING and one of the cutest features we've seen on a dog in a long while!

Emma loves to play fetch, and will chase the ball as long as you're willing to throw it! Once she's all tired out, Emma likes to come back in the house to lounge about or show you her expert loaf pose!

2. Outside Coffee Co Community Dog Walk

Do you love dogs? Want to go on a walk with other people who love dogs as much as you do? Then join us next Saturday, May 28th at 3pm, at Outside Coffee Co for a Community Dog Walk!

We'll be bringing an adoptable dog or two to meet you, and personally owned social dogs are invited to join in the fun at the owner's judgement. This is a donation-based ticketed event. Give what you can for your donation ($5 is a great place to start!).

3. Outside Coffee Co Community Cup
While you’re there, grab their Community Cup Puppy Chow latte to treat yourself AND the pets in our care!

100% of the proceeds from your sweet, caffeinated treat will go straight to the animals at HSWM, and the classic midwestern puppy chow flavor can't be beaten--creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, with powdered sugar on top--yum!

This is a limited edition latte, only available through June, so make sure to grab one this month or next to enjoy it while you can!

4. Pampered Chef Fundraiser

If you like to cook and shop, satisfy your urge to buy more kitchen gadgets while helping pets in need!

From May 30th to June 5th, support HSWM through our special Pampered Chef fundraiser. Our friends at Pampered Chef will be donating 20% from every purchase to care for the animals at our shelter.
