Detroit Lion Wide Receiver Nate Burleson Will Donate Money To Schools For Dropped Passes

Facebook

Detroit Lion Nate Burleson has vowed to catch the ball. If he doesn’t, he’ll pay for it. Literally.

After a disappointing drop in the Detroit Lions last preseason game, Burleson has said it won’t happen again.  But, if it does he’ll donate to an elementary school.

Burleson tweeted:

It’s a nice offer, but I’m hoping elementary schools don’t get their money this way.

How about no drops and a bigger donation for touchdowns, Nate?

Either way…Go Lions!
