Crashing Landing has been doing great work in Grand Rapids for about 10 years, but as hard as they work, they cannot do it alone.  They need help from people who can adopt a cat.  Crash's Landing needs help from you!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.

Please consider adopting Langston.

Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River.  We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.  This week we're spotlighting Langston.

Langston was found wandering alone on the Northwest side of town in the middle of the winter of 2009.  Langston was born in January of 2007.

At first, Langston didn't get along well with the other cats at Crash's Landing, but over time he adjusted.  Now Langston is full of energy and attitude and ready for adoption!

Langston has a unique look, and may have a bit of Siamese in him.  Please consider adding Langston to your family.

In addition to adopting a cat, you can also help Crash's Landing by helping them win a prize worth $45,000!

Crash's Landing is one of five finalists to win $45,000 worth of construction or renovation from Erhardt Construction.  The winner will be decided by public vote.  Voting runs through August 17.  The winner will be announced on August 23.

AT LAST CHECK, CRASH'S LANDING WAS IN FOURTH PLACE AND NEEDS MORE VOTES!

Beginning Monday, the leaderboard will no longer show who is in what place so your votes could help Crash's Landing have a strong finish and win!
