Thousands of kids hunted for Easter eggs in West Michigan over the weekend.

Take a look at some of the fun at the Community Easter Egg Hunt in Byron Township on Saturday.

Kids gathered into two age groups at the soccer fields at Byron Township's Whistlestop Park on Saturday morning. This year's hunt was in a new location and provided a bigger area with room for more participants than in previous years.

Eggs were scooped up fast, then more fun was had.

Kids visited with the Easter Bunny, enjoyed a bounce house, and some lucky hunters were rewarded with a prize after finding a golden egg.
