I don't know if this is shocking news or not, but beloved, Betty White revealed that she and Bea Arthur weren't the best of friends while on "The Golden Girls."

Though their chemistry on 'The Golden Girls' was Emmy-worthy, Betty White is now claiming that co-star Bea Arthur wasn't a big fan of hers.

"Bea was not that fond of me," White told Joy Behar on a recent episode of 'The Joy Behar Show.' "I don't know what I ever did, I don't know. But she was not that thrilled with me."

"But I loved Bea," she added, "I admired her."

White spoke more about her relationship with Arthur at last week's TimesTalk event, 'A Conversation With Betty White,' during which she revealed that her positive attitude often made Arthur mad. She also claimed that Arthur was the reason a 'Golden Girls' reunion never happened.

"There were talks," White told the audience. "But Bea wouldn't do it. She said, 'quit while you’re ahead.'"

White's new memoir, 'If You Ask Me (And Of Course You Won't),' hits shelves on Tuesday.
