April 25th Deadline From Grand Rapids Arsonist To The East Hills Neighborhood
There is a $20,000 reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of the person who has been vandalizing and setting fires in the East Hills neighborhood, since February. The arsonist threatened more muggings, kidnapping and destruction of vehicles and property if the deadline set was not met.
In a letter, the arsonist threatened neighborhood residents with more violence if they did not leave the area and turn the area into housing for low income families, by April 25th.
