Why Don’t We See Hats Like These In Grand Rapids

What is it that makes hats so special on special occasions.  Easter, swearing in a new president... men wear ball caps, but why don't more women wear those big hats like we saw this morning at the big wedding.  Did you see those hats?  Check em out.
