In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Whitney Houston's estate and Legacy Recordings will reissue the classic soundtrack to the 1992 film, The Bodyguard.

The Grammy-winning project, which was executive produced by Houston and Clive Davis, spawned the mega-hit singles, "I Will Always Love You" and "I Have Nothing," two tracks which eventually became defining songs in Houston's legendary career.

The soundtrack has been certified 17 times platinum, is the bestselling soundtrack of all-time— it's the 15th bestselling album in the U.S., selling 45 million copies worldwide.

“I wanted to do some acting, but I mean, I never thought I’d be co-starring with Kevin Costner,” Houston said of the project. “I thought, ‘I’ll just get this little part somewhere, and I’ll work my way up.’ And all of a sudden I get this script, and I said: ‘I don’t know. This is kind of . . . big.‘ So I was scared. It took me two years to decide to do it. I kind of waited too long for Kevin. I think it got on his nerves. He called one day and said, ‘Listen, are you going to do this movie with me or not?’ I told him about my fears. I said: ‘I’m afraid. I don’t want to go out there and fall.’ And he said: ‘I promise you I will not let you fall. I will help you.’ And he did.”

The new, special release includes never-before-released live recordings from Houston's historic The Bodyguard Tour (1993-1995), as well as alternate versions of the audio recordings from the "The Bodyguard" film. An alternate version of a remix of "I'm Every Woman" and additional artwork are included as well.

The new project, Whitney Houston – I Wish You Love: More From The Bodyguard, is slated to be released on Nov. 17.
