Whitecaps Hold Public Workout & Meet The Fans Tuesday!

Comstock Park, Fifth Third ballpark is the place to be Tuesday morning, April 3th, when the gates open at 11:30 and the admission is FREE.   The West Michigan Whitecaps invite you to join them for their workout.  See what it's like for a professional athlete to stay in shape.  The team will take the field for batting and infield practice and once everything wraps up the players will sign autographs for fans on the concourse.

Fans will be able to get a look at, the new manual scoreboard and the new video board.

The Whitecaps will begin their new season Thursday, April 5th at Dayton.  Their home opener happens on the 9th against Bowling Green.  The first thousand fans on Opening Day will receive a free 5th/3rd River Bank Run beanie hat plus there will be fireworks after the game.
