There is one Grand Rapids man jumping for joy right now. He has just won $4 million dollars in a Michigan Lottery game.

No it wasn't Mega Millions, and no it wasn't Power Ball. It was a scratch off game Millionaire's Club.

The 54-year old local man, he want's to remain anonymous, had stopped at a Citgo station on Plainfield probably to get some gas. So he went into the convenience store and decided to buy a lottery ticket.

He won on an instant game and decided to buy another ticket with the money he won. He bought a $30 Millionaire's Club ticket. BINGO!

After he left the store he scratched off the ticket and couldn't believe his eyes. He had won $4 million dollars.

You know when something so shocking and unbelievable happens to you you DON'T believe it? Seems that was this guy.

So what did he do? Called his brother. Okay, I guess because he had to tell someone. His brother said be sure to check it because it may be a prank lottery ticket. He checked thoroughly and it sure seemed real enough.

So he called the Michigan Lottery and they confirmed that, yes, in fact it was real and he had just won $4 million dollars. Shazam!

He has since gone to the Michigan Lottery headquarters to pick up his winnings, which he decided to take in a lump sum of $2.7 million dollars. Not chump change by any means!
