What Would The Calder Look Like Painted Black?

Thanks to a local parody Instagram feed, we now know!

Have you ever wondered what the famed Calder sculpture, Le Grande Vitesse would look like painted any other color but bright red?

The Calder is undergoing a facelift this year, with all the paint being scraped off and then it will be repainted, we assume the same bright red.

But one local parody Instagram feed has been having fun with the process, and Wednesday showed us a photoshop of the Calder painted matte black (to appeal more to men). I hate to say it, but I kind of like that. Thanks Plant Parenthood, for showing a different Calder.
