This hungry Michigan bald eagle decided to go for a full meal instead of a snack, diving to pick up a decent size raccoon.

Unfortunately, physics caught up to our American symbol, as the bald eagle couldn't quite get any air underneath him after snatching the trash panda.

This incident occurred along the Tittabawassee River in Freeland.

However, the laws of physics caught up with our bird friend and he had a hard time getting airborne after picking up his prey.

It looks like he may have had to settle for dining in a field rather than getting that big thing back up to his nest.

If you have a bald eagle nest in your neighborhood, this video is a reminder to keep your small dogs under cover.
