Traffic Lights All Over Downtown Grand Rapids Are Out!

Please be very careful if you are driving in and around downtown Grand Rapids!  Many traffic lights are dark.  Saw some on Fulton, Fuller and some of the secondary roads as well...treat them as a 4 way stop!
