It's pretty refreshing for me to see a young person who says no to Facebook despite its popularity!  That's just what C.J. Johnson did.  After being badgered on Facebook by the hyper-focused modern college recruiting, he finally said goodbye to Facebook.

C.J. said the breaking point for him was when you start getting his mom involved and his family involved.  Then that takes it to a whole other level.

That was the case with Johnson.  He had already committed to Mississippi State, but over the lies being spread about him, the badgering, the trash talk about his family, he decided to de-commit and eventually picked Ole Miss.

Lesson learned?  Privacy and anonymonity are gone.  Attacks like this will get worse for the kids who are in the recruiting process.  Pandora is out of the box and isn't going back in anytime soon.
