John Mayer has cancelled his planned April 12 stop in Grand Rapids, along with the rest of his planned tour, due to a throat injury.
He posted a full statement earlier today on his tumblr:
Seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician John Mayer will kick off his first U.S. tour in two years on April 9th in Bloomington, IN. He'll be stopping in Grand Rapids just three days later on April 12 at 7:30pm. Mayer will take the DeVos Performance Hall promoting his newest album, Born and Raised soon after the Grand Rapids show.
