Springing ahead an hour was dreaded by many, but springing ahead a few months is another story. Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts is just three months away, June 7 - 9. Festival organizers are busy preparing and will host a volunteer open house March 13.

The weather at Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts was bad this year. The bad weather led to poor turnout and less money for the festival. Thursday night, October 25, Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts will hold a fundraiser to help make up for this year's losses.

What's your favorite part of Festival Of The Arts.  In the past I've heard people joking that its name should be changed to Festival Of The Food because there is so much of it there.  Talk about arousing your sense of smell.  Festival offers it all up!  Whether you are looking for Italian, German, Vegetarian, Ribs,  Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc., you can find it all at Festival!

We all just call it "Festival."  A fun, three-day annual Grand Rapids event held downtown.  The streets are full of people, food, music, dance, all forms of performance, and of course, ART!  After all, it is "Festival of the Arts."
