It's the last weekend in July. Area festivals and fairs continue, along with food, movies, baseball, runs and concerts. We have events for adults, kids, and even the dog! There are plenty of activities for all ages. No matter where you are in west Michigan there is something to do!

Grand Rapids Downtown Market will hold a Winter Wonderland Open House on December 9. The event features visits with Santa, activities, special deals, and an extra hour of shopping.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market opens the Outdoor Farmers Market for the third season this Saturday, May 23, at 9AM.

Grand Rapids Downtown Market is bringing back Vintage Street Market for a second season starting on Mother’s Day, May 10, and continuing the second Sunday of each month. Vintage Street Market takes place in the Outdoor Market Shed and features 60 vendors selling vintage furniture, clothing, accessories, kitchen goods, home décor and more.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market today announced a partnership with Goodwill Industries, which will move Goodwill's Blue Spoon catering operation into the Market Hall. Goodwill will also open Blue Spoon Soup & Spuds, a new cafe which will serve soup and baked potatoes.

On Monday afternoon, Downtown Market introduced Social Kitchen & Bar as a new restaurant opening in the Grand Rapid Downtown Market. Last fall, it was announced that Slows Bar B Q would be coming to Downtown Market.
