‘The End of the Tour’ Shut Out of Golden Globes, but Receiving Other Award Nominations
The End of the Tour, starring Jason Segel and Jesse Eisenberg, was shot in and around Grand Rapids in early 2014. When the film premiered at Sundance Film Festival in January 2015, it received excellent reviews and some Oscar buzz. The film did not receive any Golden Globe nominations today, but it has had some success with other film awards.

The People Magazine Awards 2014 were announced Thursday night on NBC. Among the honorees was Kate Upton, an actress and model from St. Joseph named People Magazine's Sexiest Woman of the Year. Other winners included Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez, Jon Hamm, Kevin Hart, Kate Hudson, Lisa Kudrow and Gwen Stefani.
