Suspects Arrested But GRPD Still Investigating Fight With Gun Fire

GRPD is investigating a fight that broke out on the city's southeast side early Sunday morning.

According to WOODTV, police were called to the area of Griggs St SE and Prospect Ave around 3:30 am, Sunday morning because of reports of gunfire. When police arrived on the scene they found a group of people fighting in the street.

WOODTV says two people were arrested and a firearm was found at the scene. They also said another suspect had to be checked out at the hospital before being taken to Kent County Jail.
