This Thursday at Fifth Third Ballpark, the game of games will be played.

It's the "29th Annual Let's Go to Bat for Kids" softball game, priests and seminarians versus lots of local media personalities. Who will win? Guess!

This game is great fun for the entire family. The gates open at 5:30 pm and the game starts at 6:30 pm, and it's FREE! The only charge is a $6 parking fee. There will be children's games, and activities along the concourse, face painting, clowns, local mascots and more.  Did I mention that it's FREE?

The event benefits the Foster Care and Adoption programs of the Catholic Charities West Michigan, which help keep children safe and help build strong families in West Michigan. For over 50 years, CCWM has been working with foster families offering love and support that allows many children to reunite with their parents, be cared for by relatives, or be adopted by loving families. On any given day, CCWM has over 300 children in the care of foster families.

Thursday night at Fifth Third will be a fun-family night. Hope you can make it.
