Saying The Right Words At The Right Time

A heartfelt thanks to all who have expressed their sympathies regarding the health of my mother-in-law. While there are many jokes about mothers-in-law, I love mine.

Thanks to the great people at Spectrum / Butterworth and Rockford Ambulance. Nice to know there are people you can count on. At any rate, my mother-in-law will return home in a couple days.

Many of us are are at stage in life where hospitalization of loved ones and, unfortunately, funerals are ever more commonplace. Are you uncomfortable with what to say. I am. For a guy who speaks for a living, I struggle to find the right words in those sorrow-filled moments.
