Russo’s Market Closing Downtown Location This Week

After less than a year, Russo's International Market will be closing the doors to their Downtown Grand Rapids location.

The announcement was made on the grocery store's Facebook page. Russo's, located at at the Fulton and Monroe intersection, will have its last day on Thursday May 31st. During this time they're offering 20% off wine, beer and groceries while draft beers are only $3.00.

The store plans on keeping their original location, on 29th St., open. GRBJ reports that the owners plan on putting all of their focus back into that store.

Russo's came downtown in September 2017, replacing where Bagger Dave's used to be. No word on what will take that space next.
