West Michigan bike riders will soon have another place to go for a ride, but there is still work to be done first.

The downhill portion of Richmond Park Trail is being constructed over the next two weeks.

Volunteers are needed to help build the track this weekend.

Help is needed both Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Volunteers should park in or pedal to the gravel lot at the far north end of Richmond Park.

Volunteers should also bring their own food, water, bug spray, etc.

This weekend is a great opportunity to help build a trail the whole community can enjoy and learn about the trail building process at the same time!
