Poke Restaurant Opening this Friday in Grand Rapids
Just when I think the Downtown Market can't get any more delicious they prove me wrong again.
Pinktail Poke, the newest vendor at the Market, is having its grand opening this Friday at 11 a.m.
In a press release from the Downtown Market,
Pinktail Poke offers premium, chef-inspired poke, made from scratch with fresh seafood and purposefully sourced ingredients. The shop’s options will be approachable and customizable for dietary restrictions.
Poke is a Hawaiian dish consisting of raw fish (mostly tuna) and fresh vegetables. A lot of people think of it as "unwrapped sushi in a bowl." Bottom line, it's delicious and I'm super excited I have yet another reason to visit the Downtown Market.
Alongside Pinktail Poke, High Tide Soda will also have their grand opening that same day. High Tide features over 400 styles of craft soda from around the world that you can purchase by the bottle, 6, or 12-pack.
Both vendors are owned by the same person behind Fish Lads and Carvers, also inside the Downtown Market.
