NEW: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Reveal Royal Baby’s Name

Just hours after the royal baby’s first public appearance, we now know his name.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have revealed that their newborn son’s name is: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

The announcement came when they shared a photo on Instagram (@SussexRoyal) of the baby meeting more of the Royal Family. Meghan, Harry, Archie, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, and Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland are all photographed.

"This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle," the caption read in part.

Earlier in the day, Harry and Meghan spoke to reporters with baby Archie in their arms. The pair gushed over their newborn son.

"It's pretty amazing, and I have the two best guys in the world, so I am really happy," Meghan told reporters outside of Windsor Castle on Wednesday.

Archie is now seventh in line to the throne.
