Former Detroit Tiger Ryan Raburn broke up a no-hitter with a home run in the 5th inning at Comerica Park on Sunday.

Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera responded by throwing (or pretending to throw) gum at Raburn as he approached third base.

Gum hasn't received this much attention from Detroit Tigers fans since "gum time" in 2006.

Cabrera, baseball's best hitter, is known for having fun while he plays.  The gum throwing was nothing like the Roger Clemens' bat throwing incident at the World Series in 2000.  This was done in fun.  Judging from the flinch and smirk, Raburn took it all in stride. has the video below.  Enjoy, but show it to your Little League-playing kids at your own risk.
