Michigan’s Largest Gaming Center Opening this Friday
Gaming in general has become so huge that esports is even offered as a class in some high schools and colleges. Now gamers of all kinds around Michigan can come together at the state's largest gaming center opening Friday, 6/28.
GAMETIME is a 10,000 sq. foot space located in Auburn Hills and according to their website will be the official home of the Renegades a "professional multi-gaming esports franchise..." based out of Detroit.
The gaming center is open to all ages and all types of gamers of different skill levels. Games include anything from consoles (PS4, Xbox, Nintendo, etc) to computer games and even virtual reality (VR).
The space will also be used to hold tournaments and other events. In addition to games, GAMETIME will also have food and a full bar.
The grand opening celebration will be Friday at 6pm and will have prizes, giveaways and open play. It's open to the public but you must RSVP first.
GAMETIME will be open daily from 11a-10p and cost to play is $10 for one hour or $30 for 4 hours. Memberships can also be purchased. Get more info here.
