Well, you do not have to leave it up to the imagination any longer. Thanks to The United Way of Bay County.

The United Way of Bay County is starting its annual campaign off right with a unique event called "The Longest Table."

Tomorrow, September 21st, attendees will be given the chance to eat and be merry at a HUGE table that will take over the entire block on Washington Avenue from 4th to 5th streets.

The Longest Table is one aspect of a continuing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative that The United Way is doing throughout the month of September.

The co-chair of the campaign for 2022, Seth Perigo, explains why this is so important.

"The United Way touches so many people, so it takes all of us coming together to support the great work of this organization. We are thankful to all the donors and volunteers for helping bring this deeply enriching experience to underserved populations within the Bay County community."

However, if it rains tomorrow, the event will be moved to Wednesday, September 28th.

With a tagline like "every person deserves a seat at the table," it is beautiful to see that The United Way will be giving out tickets to underserved people throughout the county using the local partnered organizations and businesses.

This charitable event ends off the United Way of Bay County's 10-day Unity Challenge.

If you would like to attend, tickets are available for $100. For all my non-alcohol-drinking friends, tickets are only $80.

Historic Bay City Bar Comes With Its Own Creepy Upstairs Apartment

The Crowne Pub is a turn-key business with much growth potential. The upstairs living area is a little creepy right now, but with some work, it could be the perfect business opportunity. Walk through the door, and step inside history!
